The Islamic Brotherhood of Nigeria (ISBON) has once again done a great deal in cushioning the effects of the lockdown necessitated by the scourge of COVID-19 Pandemic for it’s members. The Organization just concluded the distribution of food Package containing Rice, Semo, Spaghetti and a loaf of Bread to 500 members labelled as “Eid-ul-Fitr Relief Package”
It would be recalled that the Islamic Organization provided Lockdown Relief Funds to Hundred (100) most vulnerable people among it’s members during the first two weeks of the lockdown imposed on FCT, Lagos and Ogun States effective 30th March, 2020.
Similarly, barely one week after the commencement of the 1441/2020 Ramadhan, the Society (ISBON) shared Ramadhan Package, containing food items such as Rice, Beans, Semo, Milo, Lipton, Milk, Spaghetti and Sugar to over 400 members, in order to level the grounds for the beneficiaries for the successful observance of the fasting as prescribed by Allah.
It is our prayers that the Organization would be blessed by Allah to be able to sustain this laudable programme of great rewards. We equally pray Allah to reward all the donors who made everything possible and accept their contributions as acts of ibaadah.
